This lovely South facing house has beautiful landscaped gardens and pool.  Secret lighting and curving steps give direct and private access to the River Argens where one is able to relax on the shaded decking and watch the crystal waters glide slowly by.  Private rights are available to those who wish to fish or guests may simply watch the multitude of bird and animal life which thrive along the rivers banks.  Fishing equipment and tuition is available locally upon request.

For your peace of mind, electronic security gates and fencing have  been installed.

The lovely village of Lorgues is a mere 4km drive from the property.  Guests will find everything they require including banks, supermarkets, petrol stations plus all manner of fascinating shops and excellent restaurants.  An added bonus is the street market which offers almost everything from clothing to a fabulous selection of olive, fruit and fresh vegetables.   The market is held every Tuesday and is well worth a visit. 
The region has much to offer, especially for those wishing to walk or cycle and take in  breathtaking views surrounding the area.  Within an hour or so, one is able to drive to  the beautiful and glamorous coastal towns of St Tropez, Frejus and Saint-Raphael.  A few miles inland is the stunning Verdon Gorge, sweet scented lavender fields and pretty villages perched high on the hillsides.  In fact, there is so much of interest and beauty you will certainly wish to return another year!
The villa is situated in the peaceful Argens Valley and is the perfect for those wishing to simply relax and unwind.  This luxury accommodation is suitable for a family of four.  For your comfort there is has both air conditioning and central heating.
The property has two double bedrooms.  The main bedroom is light and spacious with a king size bed and  en suite facilities.  A balcony leads from the bedroom and overlooks the turquoise pool below.  The second bedroom is situated on the ground floor.

An open plan sitting room and dining area  has views of the river and an open fireplace for those cold and cosy evenings.  The three , covered terraces which surround the living area ensure that the interior is cool and airy, even in the heat of the day.  River views can be enjoyed from the French doors and windows.  The television has Sky freeview and altogether, this is a fine room for dining and entertainment.

Should you wish to cook, rather than enjoy the delights of local cuisine, the kitchen has everything you require and is well equipped with  a dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.
The summer lounge is adjacent to the gardens and swimming pool.  A lovely airy room, perfect for relaxing with a glass of chilled wine after a dip in the water.  A fridge is provided to keep your drinks cool.  There is also a further shower room and toilet off the summer lounge.

The gardens are wonderful!  Mature trees surround the river and give welcome shade on a hot, summers day.  The landscaped gardens make this an idyllic and beautiful place in which to sit, eat and enjoy the wonders of nature.  A water cascade tumbles gently into the crystal clear pool and subtle, exterior lighting gives a magical feel to the night. The garden lighting is controlled by remote.

All in all, the villa, the gardens and the beautiful surrounding areas of Var will, perhaps be one of the most memorable holidays you have ever taken.

Holiday rental period normally from Saturday to Saturday or midweek (except for UK main school holidays) to allow you to take advantage of cheaper mid week flights during out of high season periods. Subject to availability.
