BIKE HIRE
We offer you three sizes of bikes while you are on your holiday so that, even by leaving your car at home you can explore the countryside of the beautiful Provence. This is an exclusive service offered only to clients renting properties managed by Maxabilities Property Management Services Ltd.
The prices shown below are based on a single bike hire period. If three or more bikes are hired during a single period a 10% discount will be rewarded on booking confirmation.

Security Deposit
The security deposit in the form of a cheque is required at the point of hire. This will be held by Maxabilities Property Management Services Ltd. for the duration of the hire period. (For further details see terms and conditions)
What is included
Each bike hire period will be equipped with the following:
Protective head gear (Adjustable in size)
Puncture repair kit
Air pump
Front and rear lights
Free delivery service to and from the rental property .
1) Booking subject to receipt of 50% non refundable deposit
2) Bike will be in full working order on delivery and returned in the same condition upon return/collection
3) Bikes will be delivered / collected from your rental property location.
4) Bikes only available to people renting properties or managed by Maxabilities Property Management Services Ltd.
5) A security cheque is required on delivery of bikes and will be returned subject to condition of bikes at the end of rental period on the completion of the hire period the cheque will be returned. However, if upon the completion of the hire period that damage, loss or theft of any items. the cheque may be retained, cashed and monies used to repair or replace any item damaged, lost or stolen. The balance will then be returned to the hirer with the receipts for the costs for repair or replacement depending on the gravity of the situation. Alternatively a cash re-imbursement can take place from the hirer to Maxabilities Property Management Services sufficient to cover the damage, loss or theft of the item.
6) Insurance: Maxabilities Property Management Services Ltd. will not be held responsible for any accidents or personal injuries arising from any persons using bicycles hired through Maxabilities Property Management Services.
Please ensure that you have the relevant travel insurance in place.
If youre an EU resident its worth completing and validating an E111 but you will still need insurance for holiday cancellation and repatriation ect
Bookings
To reserve your hire period? just click button called reservation. This will hold you Bikes for a period of 21 (twenty one) days only. During which time, you can confirm your booking.
To confirm your booking a 50% payment (non refundable) of your total hire charge must be received by Maxabilities Property Management Services Ltd. not less than14 (fourteen) days prior to the hire period
Full payment by cheque will be required not less than 14 (fourteen) days before the hire period.
Cash payments can be made on the day of hire only if an earlier reservation had been made under the above conditions relating to reservations. Then the security cheque conditions will still apply.
Cash payments can be made on quick Hire with only a few days notice of hire but will be subject to availability.
